Community Investments

CHW's Community Investment Program provides expanded access to capital for underserved communities. Since 1992 our communities received over $69 million through this program.

CHW's below-market interest rate loans are offered to non-profit organizations that work to improve the health and quality of life in their communities through:

  • The development of affordable housing for low-income families and seniors
  • Community facilities such as child care and community clinics
  • Workforce development

Since 1991, Henderson Allied Community Associates has been helping individuals and families at risk move toward self-sufficiency by providing essential community services. CHW is proud to collaborate with HACA to construct their new facility and help build a stronger community.
